Shipping policy

  • Euphonycart has shipping services all iver India and only in India.
  • Euphonycart ships from 4 shipping zones in India.  Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi whichever we find it convenient, stock availability and nearest to the customer shipping address.
  • Euphonycart generally dispatch the order within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Any inconvenience arises in the process of dispatch, the customer shall be notified with the proper reason.
  • The customer will be able to see their order on the “Recent Order” section in their “Account” section.
  • Both the registered and unregistered (Guest Check Out) customer will be able to track their order with the order number provided by Euphonycart after placing the order via sms and email.
  • Customer can track their order by placing their order number at the “Track Your Order” area on our website, also the tracking number will be updated to the customer’s email id as soon as the order dispatched .
  • Customer will also be provided the tracking/docket number of the shipment provided by our Shipping Partner.
  • Our Shipping Partners: Delhivery, India Post, Fedex, Dtdc, Bludart, Overnite Express, Trackon, Shree Om Shree, Maruti Courier, Gati, Scorpion Express.
  • With our experience from the last 7 years of shipping service, the delivery at any postal code in India can be completed in 7-10 days from the date of dispatched.
  • Delay on delivery from the end of our shipping partners or Euphonycart, due to any unavoidable situation shall be notified to the customer with the proper reason.
  • Shipping charges are already included by the time of check out, so customer need not to pay any additional amount to our shipping partner while receiving the delivery.
  • We recommend the customer to check the product while receiving and sign the POD (proof of delivery) slip provided by our shipping partner for the confirmation of receiving the product without any external and internal damage.
  • Euphonycart and our shipping partner are responsible for any loss or damage of the product while it is in transit.
  • Euphonycart ensure the good packaging of the parcel.
